Our people are incredibly valuable to us and we believe that having diversity amongst our people is critical to our success. This means that we consider candidates from all disciplines.
This should take you around 30 minutes to complete. As you go through, we’ll ask you for:
You’ll be asked to attach a copy of your CV. We may also ask you a number of optional diversity questions. Please note that the answers you give will be used to help us look at wider diversity initiatives and will not be used when considering your application. Once we’ve looked at all the applications, we’ll be in touch to let you know whether we’d like to progress your application.
If you’re successful in passing the first round of selection, we’ll ask you to complete online verbal and numerical reasoning tests. These will be emailed to you and they’re timed, so make sure you allow adequate time to complete them. Remember that we do randomly issue re-tests to ensure the process is fair for all, so it’s imperative that you complete the tests independently.
Pass the tests and a telephone interview will follow. This will focus on your education, work experience and some technical questions if relevant. We will also want to establish your interest in and/or your understanding of financial services.
Successful telephone interviewees will be invited to participate in an Assessment Day at our offices. This will feature a mixture of group exercises, networking sessions and business interviews. It is a rigorous but enjoyable day that we receive positive feedback on every year. Shortly after the Assessment Day, we’ll make offers to those we’d like to welcome onto our programs.
